Summer Youth Programs Minimize

Participants in Josh Miller’s Summer Youth Fitness programs will experience:

-   Strength and Cardiovascular conditioning through structured routines, sport based activity, and active recreation.

-   Increased Flexibility and agility through focused stretching and mobility games.

-   Improved physical skill through targeted teaching and recreational repetition.

-   Exposure to a wide variety of fitness enhancing behaviors giving them the opportunity to find their Fitness Future.

The 300 Club has a professionally designed fitness center available for exercise and strength training. We offer a variety of cardiovascular training equipment, dumbbells and a comfortable space for floor exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals. Contact Josh Miller, our certified personal trainer, for a free orientation!

Weight Room Hours Minimize
Winter Hours begin the 3rd Monday in October.

M-F  7-9 a.m. • 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sat/Sun  8-10 a.m. • Noon - 6 p.m.

Summer Hours begin the 3rd Monday in May.
